Position Overview:

  • Design and develop conceptual layouts for the integration of structures and systems in aircraft programs.
  • Engage in close collaboration with stress analysis, systems engineering, interior design, and support teams.
  • Generate initial design studies and layouts utilizing advanced 3D modeling techniques.
  • Offer innovative technical solutions to address design and manufacturing obstacles.
  • Provide support to engineering and operational departments.
  • Oversee design modifications through the established change management protocols.
  • Mentor and guide team members in their professional development.
  • Contribute to employee training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft structures and systems integration.
  • Understanding of aerospace manufacturing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office applications.
