About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital strategy, leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to transform the way we deliver care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that leverages AI and other emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in patient care.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new digital solutions and services that meet the needs of our patients, clinicians, and staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support digital initiatives and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and other emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or computer science.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in digital health and AI.
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
