Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Innovative Metal Works. This role requires a strong background in welding and metal assembly, with a focus on structural components.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Weld or bolt metal sections together to create robust structures.
  • Establish reference points and patterns for accurate assembly.
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form various structures.
  • Manage the rigging, hoisting, and movement of materials within the worksite.
  • Install fabricated components into the final product.
Welding Techniques
  • Proficient in ARC spot welding.
  • Experienced in TIG and MIG welding methods.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Skilled in using grinders, drills, and cutting torches.
Specialization

Focus on structural metal or steel fabrication.

Work Environment

This position is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Required Tools
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Welding helmet.
