Job Title: Dispatchers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at Dhanoa Enterprises Inc.

Job Summary:

The Dispatchers Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and resolving work problems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work will involve coordinating activities with other work units or departments and resolving work problems.
