Position Overview

Join our team at Caldwell Gas & Variety Limited as a Sales Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our retail operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
Work Environment
  • Comfortable air-conditioned spaces.
  • Outdoor work opportunities.
  • Maintained and tidy work areas.
Work Setting
  • Engage with customers at kiosks and retail locations.
  • Contribute to the operations of a vape shop and gas bar.
  • Handle fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments through cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit.
  • Efficiently operate the cash register.
  • Oversee and guide junior staff members.
  • Offer knowledgeable advice regarding our products.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in the visual presentation of merchandise.
Safety and Security
  • Completion of a criminal record check is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
