We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Rec Room in Toronto. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous bartending experience an asset.
  • Smart Serve certification preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
