Join Ontario Tech University as a Research Associate in Marketing Analytics
The Faculty of Business and IT at Ontario Tech University is inviting applications for a Research Associate position focused on Marketing Analytics and Decision Models. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage in independent research while working with extensive marketing datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dedicated research team to formulate hypotheses and analyze findings
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and machine learning on marketing data
- Guide students and participate in knowledge dissemination initiatives
- Contribute to academic publications and support grant writing efforts
Qualifications:
- PhD in Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics and advertising research
- Expertise in Machine Learning methodologies and programming languages
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work autonomously
- Familiarity with manuscript preparation and grant applications
