Work Schedule: This position involves rotating shifts, including day, afternoon, and night, totaling 40 hours per week.

  • 2 weeks on the day shift
  • 2 weeks on the afternoon shift
  • 2 weeks on the night shift

Compensation: The hourly wage is $22.14, with additional premiums for shift differentials: $1.15 for afternoon shifts and $1.35 for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the department.
  • Operate Forklifts and Reach trucks for order picking.
  • Verify orders and monitor any potential backlogs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prevent delays in customer deliveries.
  • Perform various tasks related to the department's operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Must be a licensed Forklift operator with the ability to operate a Reach Truck.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in shipping is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with order picking in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be capable of lifting boxes weighing 35-40 pounds.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good memory are essential.
