Project Managers will oversee multiple projects concurrently, with travel requirements averaging around 5%.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager in the OSB Division, your responsibilities will include:
  • Crafting investment proposals, Scopes of Work, cost estimates, execution plans, and associated documentation.
  • Coordinating and executing design, construction, installation, commissioning, start-up, and documentation tasks, along with project cost tracking and reporting as defined in the Scope of Work and project justification.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams, external engineering firms, and vendors.
  • Managing project timelines and monitoring progress.
  • Ensuring that competent field technical support and construction management resources are in place to promote project success and uphold EH&S excellence.
  • Collaborating closely with purchasing and procurement teams.
  • Guaranteeing adherence to internal and external safety and environmental standards and practices.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in successfully leading and executing engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in MS Project software.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
  • Experience with Ecosys project management software.
  • Background in the OSB industry.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer's license.
  • Over 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • At least 5 years of proven successful project management experience, including development and execution.
