Job Title: Housekeeper

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and sanitation activities for public and employee areas
  • Clean building floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Service, clean, and provide supplies to restrooms
  • Practice safe work procedures and health and safety policies to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education
  • Experience in the related field of one or more years
  • Proven high level of customer service
  • Organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move house cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Good physical fitness to maintain a constant pace of manual work
  • General knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
