Job Summary:

HMR Veterans Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Report any changes or concerns to supervisors and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
