Meat Packing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Packing Supervisor to join our team at The Meat Factory Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of production staff, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and schedule activities of production staff, ensuring that work schedules are met and work activities are coordinated with other work units.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or production role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will work in a noisy environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work involves process control and machine operation, food and beverage processing.
