Job Summary
The Meat Supervisor is a key role in our Meat Department, responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. As a Meat Supervisor, you will supervise the department and staff, act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, and foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Meat Department and staff to ensure a superior customer service experience
- Coach and develop friendly, well-trained staff to meet customer needs
- Act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant
- Foster customer loyalty and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
- Applicants must provide a minimum of 2 names for reference checks
