Job Summary

The Meat Supervisor is a key role in our Meat Department, responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. As a Meat Supervisor, you will supervise the department and staff, act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, and foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Meat Department and staff to ensure a superior customer service experience
  • Coach and develop friendly, well-trained staff to meet customer needs
  • Act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant
  • Foster customer loyalty and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full knowledge of department operations and skills
  • Applicants must provide a minimum of 2 names for reference checks
