About the Role

Nurse Next Door is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in home and community settings, creating Happier Aging experiences for our clients.
  • Review and implement care plans, ensuring accurate records and timely completion of assignments.
  • Utilize technology and communication tools to ensure seamless care coordination and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Care Designers to identify opportunities for care improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Meet safety standards and practice competently within the scope of your experience and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous home care experience, with a focus on activities of daily living, such as healthy meal preparation, personal care, and transportation.
  • Active practice of acute nursing, including wound care, immunization, and chronic disease management.
  • Current CPR Certificate and First Aid certification.
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses and 1 year of recent related experience in gerontological nursing.
  • Negative TB Test completed within the last 2 years.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
