Job Summary

Buddha-Full Fresh Juice & Smoothies is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our quality and service standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Management: Hire and manage our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
