Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling skills.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
