Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive recruitment efforts for various roles across the company. As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive innovation and company success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with HRBP's and hiring managers to ensure our staffing needs are met with highly qualified professionals.
  • Identify, attract, and evaluate both passive and active candidates through various search methods, including social media, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Create an exceptional hiring experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Trend Micro branding to attract talent and ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated from pipeline development to hire.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvement and track and record sourcing results within Recruitment Platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in dedicated Recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition processes.
  • Hands-on ATS/HRIS experience, with Workday preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize work and service multiple clients and several projects simultaneously.
