The Opportunity: Business Affairs Executive Apprenticeship

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Affairs Executive Apprentice. This exciting opportunity combines hands-on work experience with structured academic training, providing you with a comprehensive foundation in the world of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to welcome candidates, temporary employees, and clients/prospects.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition by identifying and recruiting top-tier individuals within your designated region to meet the evolving needs of our partner companies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of administrative tasks essential for agency operations, including employee onboarding and mission management.
  • Engage in commercial prospecting activities within your assigned territory, negotiating compelling offers, outlining favorable commercial terms, and presenting additional services to clients and potential partners.
  • Represent our company with professionalism during client events and commercial initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape within your region.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Possess a genuine interest in human resources, talent development, and social innovation.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and unwavering tenacity.

Education:

  • Minimum BAC + 2 or equivalent ECTS credits.
  • Pursuing or preparing for a Bachelor's degree (level 3).
