Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes by hand as needed.
  • Keep records of food quantities used and assist with inventory management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding, with frequent lifting and bending.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
