Process Reliability Manager

The Process Reliability Manager will oversee all manufacturing processes within the center, ensuring a fast-paced and high-volume environment is maintained. This role will lead a team of quality engineers and process product specialists, responsible for ensuring processes are followed and safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale initiatives are coordinated.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee team support to production teams within designated process areas
- Drive quality, safety, delivery, and cost KPIs and KAIs within the center
- Ensure PIM's organization resolves defects root caused to method and material
- Support production processes including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale
- Assign Process Observation Audits according to FTC metrics, throughput, and CFA priorities
The selected candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the processes comprising how the car is built in the respective centers. They will drive the achievement of quality, safety, delivery, and cost KPIs and KAIs within the center related to product and process.
