Store Manager

Bekar & Sons Contracting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the store is operating within budget.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
