  • Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash, and process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the cash handling team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cash handling role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Working Conditions
  • 37 hours per week
  • Permanent position
