Senior Mechanical Engineer

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our team in London, Kingston, or Kitchener, Ontario. As a technical leader, you will oversee mechanical projects, provide design strategies, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and stamping mechanical projects of varying complexities
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to intermediate and junior engineers
  • Developing mechanical design standards and practices
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
  • Conducting site visits and construction phase services
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building services
  • Engineering license in Ontario with at least 5 years of Canadian experience
  • Design experience with central plant systems (hot water, steam, chilled water)
  • Knowledge of DDC control systems and sequencing
  • Experience in multiple industries (commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, etc.)
