Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our SaaS Next-Gen Platform team in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining features and services using Infoblox's cloud-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software components using GoLang and other programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain REST & gRPC APIs and contribute to the overall API framework.
  • Stay up-to-date on key trends and technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, ELK/Prometheus, and cloud computing platforms.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in cloud computing and networking.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux system internals, including boot, network, and storage subsystems.
  • Experience with microservices development and container-based software using Docker/Kubernetes and other container technologies.
  • Good understanding of application performance tuning, memory management, and scalability.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering is required, master's degree preferred.
