Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in servicing and repairing chillers and/or precision control units.
  • Background in data centre or critical business environments.
  • Strong electrical skills with the capability to interpret detailed electrical diagrams for accurate fault diagnosis.
  • Familiarity with control systems such as Carel, Trend, or Tridium is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities.

  • Must possess an F-Gas 2079 certification or equivalent.
  • CSCS Skills Card is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all repair and maintenance tasks on the company's manufactured chillers and precision control equipment.
  • Primarily work within data centre and critical computer room settings.
  • Collaborate closely with clients on-site.
  • Ensure timely submission of paperwork and reports.
  • Regularly update the Service Team Leader on daily activities to maintain availability and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other Service Support Engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide site reports within designated timeframes.
  • Submit expense claims and timesheets promptly.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor towards clients to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard hours, including weekends, as required.
