- Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product availability challenges.
- Manage and organize stock inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of team members to achieve store objectives.
- Fast-paced and dynamic retail setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining store standards.
- Physical stamina is required, including standing for extended periods and performing bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
- Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a retail environment is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are between 35 to 40 hours per week.
