Job Summary:
World Gym Québec is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring a positive experience at our fitness center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting members in a friendly and professional manner
- Responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling incoming calls and messages at the reception desk
- Promoting membership sales and additional services to members
- Coordinating personal training sessions with our certified trainers
- Maintaining a clean and organized fitness center environment
- Encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals
- Performing administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- At least 6 months of experience in sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (oral and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent
