As they expand their operations in the Hamilton region, they seek an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee projects valued between $15 million and $80 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication with subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Review and approve project documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
