- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Work Schedule
- Permanent position with a regular schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
