Key Responsibilities- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist them in selecting products that align with their preferences.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the store to cultivate an inviting environment.
- Stay updated on product details, pricing, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives by employing effective cross-selling techniques and engaging with customers.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain customer records to enhance our mailing list.
- Ensure the store is adequately stocked and that products are presented according to company guidelines.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist in updating store layouts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the fashion retail sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is advantageous.
- Experience in visual merchandising is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with the MATT & NAT brand and its vegan principles.
- Capability to lift and transport boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
