Executive Director of Senior Services

As a seasoned leader, you will foster a culture of positivity, accountability, community, and caring at our senior living community. Your expertise will drive resident care excellence and inspire a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a high-performing management team to deliver exceptional resident care and services
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Implement person-centred care philosophy to prioritize resident needs and preferences
- Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and services
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the community and attract new residents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with seniors, families, and external stakeholders
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
- Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
- Licensed administrator in the Province of Ontario or completed a long-term care home administration program with a minimum of 100 hours of instruction
- Fire Safety Planning Training
