As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will have numerous opportunities for professional development, including training programs, tuition reimbursement, and tool allowances. As a vital member of the Service team, your role will be crucial in ensuring that machinery and parts operate effectively, which is essential for maintaining business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and assess equipment for issues and malfunctions
  2. Repair and modify equipment and replace faulty components
  3. Conduct updates, pre-delivery inspections, and seasonal checks
  4. Complete service orders and document technician notes in the system
  5. Comply with all health and safety regulations, as the company prioritizes employee safety and well-being
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  2. Fluency in English is required
  3. Experience with CASE IH agricultural and CASE CE construction equipment is advantageous
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities
  5. No specific educational background is mandated
  6. Two to three years of relevant experience is preferred
