About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at IT OMNI Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing returns.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure the growth and development of team members.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
