Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
- Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.
- Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, utilizing a reliable vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a storage or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
