Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza Peace River. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise the performance of staff to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
