Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hairstylist to join our team at First Choice Haircutters. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and coloring services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Cut, style, and color hair according to client preferences and instructions
  • Shampoo and condition hair, and provide scalp massages
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and handling client inquiries
Requirements
  • Hairstylist license
  • Experience in the hair industry, preferably in a salon or barbershop setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment
