Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer Trainee to join our Lévis team. As an intern, you will assist our engineers in preparing models and drawings, responding to customer needs, and producing designs for various parts and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop 2D and 3D designs using CAD software, meeting customer requirements and respecting established criteria.
  • Produce designs for all types of parts and mechanical systems, taking into account manufacturing constraints.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in the design of new cutting-edge products, working on stimulating projects in various fields, including transportation, aeronautics, and automotive.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a college degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in 2D, solid, and assembly modules of 3D design software.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a good command of English (written) and French (oral and written).
