Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Adrak Yorkville. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bar Operations: Organize and maintain the bar area, including arranging displays and managing inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, advise on wine choices, and train staff to ensure excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Collect payments, operate the cash register, and record and balance beverage sales.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock, maintain inventory, and control bar stock levels.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
