About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at 1284713 BC LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Prepare and submit production reports, bids, and other project-related documents.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training and arrange for training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Communication: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
