Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct and demonstrate fitness, athletic, and recreational activities
  • Maintain records and oversee team members
  • Provide training and support to staff
  • Organize and coordinate fitness events
  • Lead individuals and groups in wellness programs
  • Design and implement fitness sessions
  • Ensure proper maintenance of fitness equipment and administer first aid when necessary
Supervisory Role
  • Oversee a team of 5-10 personnel
Required Certifications
  • Must possess Fitness Instructor, CPR, and First Aid Certifications
Candidate Requirements
  • Must be bondable and legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a client-centered approach with outstanding communication skills
