About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at ITAHOLIC SOLUTIONS CORP. as a General Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong corporate image.
  • Team Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions to drive business performance.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, or equivalent experience.
