We are seeking a Relief Pharmacist to provide support across various locations.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing daily pharmacy functions, including medication dispensing, optimizing clinical opportunities, and administering immunizations.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory effectively.
  • Ensuring adherence to Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Staying updated on the latest developments in the pharmacy sector by keeping abreast of new medications and clinical opportunities.
  • Conducting private consultations with patients while fostering a patient-centered care environment.
  • Delivering clinical services such as medication management and health assessments.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate College of Pharmacists.
  • Certification in injections.
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of mandatory training as needed.
  • Capability to evaluate, plan, and apply clinical knowledge as necessary.
  • Additional training or certifications are considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region for 1-2 weeks at a time.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

$56.00 per hour

The compensation for this role will be determined based on location, education, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
