About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Trufla Technology Ltd. as a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements and queries into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, software engineering, leadership, and project management, to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor junior data analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, economics, or business analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other querying languages, as well as experience with Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience leading and mentoring others, with a strong track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the business challenges and opportunities.
  • Automation abilities for distributed and multi-tenant analytics/reporting.
  • Understanding of ETL and data engineering processes.
