Job Title: Barber

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at SKYN WAX BAR LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and grooming services to our clients. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a fast-paced environment and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client preferences
  • Shampoo and condition hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise other hair stylists and staff
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences
  • Maintain and order supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
