Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Acosta. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs to meet customer needs.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with store employees and managers to foster positive relationships and ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks.
  • Document in-store actions and create detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience (desirable).
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
