Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Payments and Cash Management team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain business cases, process maps, and other documentation to support business decisions.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including changes to business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Work with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are met and that solutions are implemented effectively.
- Provide training and support to business stakeholders on new processes and systems.
- Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience.
- Strong business analysis skills, including experience with business process improvement and change management.
- Knowledge of business process mapping, BPMN, and lean approach.
- Experience with test scenarios and user support.
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
