Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and coordinating the scheduled installation of mechanical systems in buildings.
- Ensuring the installation of all materials, equipment, and systems is performed accurately and in compliance with specifications, drawings, and directives.
- Providing mentorship and support to team members under the guidance of the Superintendent.
- Identifying and resolving design issues related to plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Supervising project teams, facilitating training, and managing manpower in collaboration with contractors.
- Conducting tests on mechanical systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering standards.
- Communicating any potential efficiencies or cost-saving measures to the Superintendent or Project Management team to enhance project effectiveness.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications as required.
- Delivering projects that exceed client and company expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Registered Plumbing Journeyperson certification.
