We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor at 9217-2220 QUEBEC INC. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Lead and direct a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Assist with Cleaning Tasks: Assist cleaning staff with tasks as needed to ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding with standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Language: English or French.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
