About the Role
As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive hearing tests and interpreting results to select suitable hearing aid solutions
- Counseling clients on the latest hearing aid technology and identifying a solution that addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
- Building relationships with clients through a caring and personalized experience, providing continuous client care and support
- Remaining current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
- Fostering hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships
- Contributing clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects; supervising or mentoring students and training new staff members, when applicable
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that meets company operational and quality standards

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Hearing Care Professional who possesses:
- A graduate degree from a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Registration and good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
- Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices
- Able to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently, autonomously, and as a collaborator
- Adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
- Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services
