Essential Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in orchestrating the design and implementation of automation frameworks for desktop, web, or control software applications.
- Demonstrated experience as a Test Architect, Test Lead, or in a similar capacity within software development projects, along with a robust understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient in cloud-based architectures (GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Experience with Source Code Management systems such as GitHub or SVN.
- Strong programming skills in high-level languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
- Expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, pytest, TestComplete, NUnit, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.).
- Comprehensive understanding of various testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.) and their associated techniques and tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Experience in generating test reports from the pytest framework (e.g., Allure Reports).
- Knowledge of networking and communication protocols, such as TCP and CAN.
- Experience with PLC technologies, including Beckhoff and Siemens.
